Under this 5-year, $50 million contract executed in October 2006, PT&C has supported the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Department of Energy (DOE) through 107 task orders and has nearly exhausted the contract ceiling in less than 3 years.

Caribbean Petroleum Facility Explosion and Fire
Shortly after midnight on October 23, 2009, an explosion erupted at the Caribbean Petroleum Facility in Catano, near San Juan, Puerto Rico. Of the property’s thirty gasoline and jet fuel holding tanks, eleven caught fire and continued to burn for several days.
