Mr. Davis joined Project Time & Cost, Inc. in September 2004 and has more than 31 years of experience providing claims management resolution solutions to property and casualty insurance companies, self-insured entities, with accountability for all company operations worldwide, and class action settlement funds. Mr. Davis is responsible for the development of PT&C Forensic Consulting Services’ primary goals, operating plans and short and long-range objectives. As the head of FCS, Mr. Davis is additionally responsible for the overall management, marketing, business development and sales of the organization.

Following graduation from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, Mr. Davis began his career in 1976 with Crawford & Company in Alexandria, Louisiana. Mr. Davis continued his rise within Crawford, culminating in his appointments as President and CEO in 2000 and as Chairman in 2001. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, all operations including Claims Management Services (CMS), Risk Management Services (RMS), Healthcare Management Services (HMS), and Class Action Services worldwide.

Mr. Davis’ continued professional education includes the Advanced Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Davis maintains active affiliations with the American Institute of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters, where he is a former member of the Board of Trustees, and the National Association of Insurance Professionals.
