Executive Team

Mr. Meyer has developed an extensive financial background over the course of his career counseling and advising rapidly growing, privately-owned, entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Meyer worked for nine and a half years for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a senior audit manager focusing on assurance and advisory services for privately-held companies.

Following his experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Meyer acted as the chief financial officer of four privately-held companies, operating primarily within the services sector. Prior to joining PT&C, Mr. Meyer was the CFO and COO of an international logistics firm which grew from $50 million to $200 million in revenue over the course of three years.

Mr. Meyer joined PT&C in 2008 and was later elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Over the course of his time at PT&C, Mr. Meyer has been instrumental in implementing financial systems and controls for the Company as well as ensuring that the existing infrastructure can handle PT&C’s ambitious growth objectives.

Mr. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science and Accounting from Duke University. Additionally, he is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), the Georgia Society of CPA’s, and holds a current CPA certificate. Mr. Meyer is a past Board member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Meyer and his wife, Elise, have been married 27 years and have 3 children: Lindsay, 21; Adam, 18; and Brian, 16.
