Project Time & Cost, Inc. (PT&C) has been selected by the United Kingdom Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) to provide External Independent Reviews and Independent Cost Evaluations.
Operational since April 2005, the NDA was established by the United Kingdom (UK) government to provide the first ever UK wide focus on decontamination and decommissioning of public sector civil and nuclear sites. The nuclear legacy for which the NDA is responsible includes sites in England, Scotland and Wales.
The NDA’s mission is to operate existing plants efficiently and secure the best value for UK taxpayers with regard to decommissioning efforts. PT&C provides the NDA with the independent opinion they seek and incomparable nuclear cost engineering expertise. PT&C will review the technical and cost baselines, allowing the NDA to determine the accuracy of the aggregated Lifetime Plan.
