Project Time & Cost, Inc. (PT&C) is pleased to announce the award of a three year Indefinite Delivery Contract primarily for Cost Engineering Support of the Mobile District and South Atlantic Division, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
For the past twenty five years, our firm has worked diligently to establish itself as the nation’s leader in all aspects of Cost Engineering and Forensic Consulting services. Since 1982, the USACE has remained one of PT&C’s largest clients and it has been our consistent attention to detail and our ability to deliver to this client that has yielded repeat success.
PT&C will provide Cost Engineering services for Civil Works, Military, U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), support for others (SFO) and Hazardous Toxic & Radioactive Waste (HTRW) mainly in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee; with possible work in South or Central America. PT&C will prepare cost estimates from programming and conceptual design through final design. Our efforts may also require cost estimation reviews, cost analysis, site investigations, Change Order preparations and assisting with complex negotiations.
