Jason March Joins Project Time & Cost, Inc.

M. Gene Brooks, Jr., President and CEO of Project Time & Cost, Inc. (PT&C), is pleased to announce Jason March has joined PT&C as Executive Vice President of Sales & Business Development. “Jason brings great vitality and enthusiasm to PT&C. He is a proven sales leader; the strength of his relationships in Washington, DC, provides us access to exciting new opportunities for growth,” said Brooks.

Mr. March has over ten years’ experience providing technical and management consulting services to federal clients. Mr. March most recently was a Strategic Accounts Manager with BearingPoint, Inc. With nearly 6 years at BearingPoint, Mr. March served as the sales and business development lead for the firm’s Mission-Related Services sector and multiple U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps accounts. He has served as the senior business development manager for several major accounts, including commercial Aerospace & Defense, Naval Sea Systems Command, U.S. Marine Corps, Naval Network Warfare Command, and the unified combatant commands. Prior to BearingPoint, Mr. March was a senior system engineer with AMSEC, LLC, providing technical and engineering services support to Department of Defense clients.

Mr. March’s primary focus at PT&C will be expanding our client base within the federal market.                                        

Mr. March is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management & Systems Engineering from George Washington University. Mr. March, his wife and three children live in northern Virginia and he will be based out of PT&C’s Arlington, VA office.
