Congressional Visit to PT&C
June, 2009
Congressman Tom Price (R, GA-6th District) recently accepted an invitation to visit the headquarters of Project Time & Cost, Inc. in Vinings. The Congressman met with Chairman Gene Brooks and members of the executive team. Rep. Price was very interested to learn about the company’s history, depth and breadth of project experience throughout the government, and offered words of encouragement and advice on how PT&C can best position themselves to continue to grow, especially during the current political environment.
Mr. Brooks commented, “We enjoyed a cordial meeting, examining areas where the Federal government interests mesh well with the expertise honed through 27 plus years of experience at Project Time & Cost. Congressman Price is a thoughtful and principled leader; an asset to the U.S. Congress, Georgia, and the businesses in our State. I look forward to continuing our discussions in Washington and sharing our story and opportunities with the Congressman’s colleagues on the Hill.”
Following the meeting, Mr. Brooks escorted the Congressman through the office, allowing staff the opportunity to meet him. It was a pleasure to host Rep. Price’s visit and exciting to gain a new advocate in D.C.
Following the meeting, Mr. Brooks stated, “Project Time & Cost is honored that Rep. Price took the time to meet us. We plan to extend similar invitations to other members of the Georgia delegation.”
