The General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract is a schedule-type contract that eliminates many of the hurdles federal agencies and contracting officers normally face when they have tasks to be completed and funds available for them. It is available to all federal agencies, including all legislative, judicial, and executive branches of the federal government and the government of the District of Columbia.

MOBIS offers access to a full range of management and consulting services designed to improve performance and accomplish mission goals. Available services include specialized consulting, facilitation, surveys, training, acquisition management, and program and project management.
