Contract Vehicles

The Tri-Service Automated Cost Engineering System (TRACES) contract is administered through the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville, Alabama. TRACES includes a suite of software applications designed to support cost engineers throughout USACE, the Air Force, and the Navy, as well as contractors working on their projects. It provides a standard suite of automated tools used for preparing estimates, analyzing budget cost data, and capturing contract costs.

MII cost estimating software is one of the tools included in the TRACES program. PT&C developed MII in partnership with USACE. MII has since become the required system for all USACE districts and design firms providing services to USACE. PT&C is the primary provider of MII training, offering classroom-style training at its Atlanta, GA, headquarters, as well as private on-site training.

Under this contract, PT&C provides support for the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of TRACES and its embedded databases and systems. PT&C also provides training, hotline support, and software design, development, and integration under this contract.
