PT&C University

The people of PT&C are lifelong learners, always curious and wanting to learn more. They're never content with the familiar. They want to develop the next skill set, earn the next certification, and keep on top of the latest developments in their fields. These are the people who PT&C seeks out, and they are the people drawn to the challenges with which PT&C's clients provide them.

PT&C encourages and supports our employees' constant learning in many ways. In 2009, PT&C launched PT&C University, a multi-delivery education and training system offering more than 1,100 courses in everything from management and communication to priority certifications and advanced engineering credentials. PT&C University's online courses and virtual classrooms make it easy for our far-flung engineers to keep learning, all the time, wherever their projects may take them. PT&C University also includes the many face-to-face learning opportunities PT&C has long offered, now more readily accessible through online scheduling and registration. Every employee incorporates learning opportunities into their professional growth plans.
