PT&C designs and creates software applications to assist clients with cost engineering,
project management and other processes.

For example, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers selected PT&C to design and develop
MII, the 2nd generation of MCASES estimating software,
an automated cost engineering system. This system is used by the Army and contractors to the
Army for construction and environmental cost estimates. PT&C provides continued support
of this application with enhancements to the software, technical user-support and training.
