PT&C has been providing USACE and USACE contractors with cost engineering
solutions for over 20 years, including software solutions, cost estimating,
scheduling, cost risk analysis, economic analysis and life-cycle analysis.
MII is the state-of-the-art replacement for MCACES and MCACES for Windows,
developed by Project Time & Cost, Inc. under contract with USACE. MII is the
detail cost estimating program that cost engineers are required to use for
preparing Current Working Estimates and Government Estimates for Military,
Civil Works and Environmental Restoration projects with USACE.
PT&C provides application development, maintenance and ongoing enhancement, user support and user training. This includes technical support in the use of MII for USACE and to A-E firms working with USACE who have previously participated in a training class.
PT&C offers two training class options: attend a scheduled training class at our Atlanta, Georgia office; or we can bring a training class to you. There are three classes available: Basic, Advanced and Refresher Training.
