Detailed planning and involvement of a PT&C Cost Engineering team throughout the program
or project design ensures success. PT&C applies successful program management principles
to methodically define, coordinate, standardize and manage the lifecycle of
multiple projects simultaneously. We assess the lifecycle of each project to include planning,
contracting, design, construction and facilities maintenance, and determine its potential
