Bryan Maphet is Executive Vice President of PT&C
Forensic Consulting Services, P.A. He is a Certified Fire and Explosion
Investigator and Hazardous Material Certified. With more than 28 years
of experience, Bryan Maphet has personally worked or supervised, to date,
more than 3,500 fire and explosion investigations across the United States
and throughout numerous Foreign Countries. He has over 8,000 hours of on-site
experience and has spent an extensive amount of time training with organizations
such as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the FBI Academy, the
DEA, the National Fire Academy, Rutgers State University and the Department
of Justice. Mr. Maphet is an Expert Witness concerning Fire Causation and
Spread, as well as Explosions, and has testified as an expert in various
state and federal courts throughout the U.S. He has also testified as an
expert in nine foreign countries.

Ben Wilkerson is Vice President and Director of the Fire & Explosion Unit of PT&C Forensic Consulting Services. Mr. Wilkerson, a nationally certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI), has over 30 years of experience involving over 3,500 Fire Cause and Origin Investigations within the Fire Service, Law Enforcement and Insurance arenas, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Wilkerson has been qualified in Local, State, Federal and International courts as an expert witness in Fire & Explosion Causation. PT&C offers forensic engineering and fire & explosion
causation services throughout the United States and internationally.

Van Fisher is Vice President and Director of Forensic Engineering Services for PT&C Forensic Consulting Services. A registered engineer in 9 states, Mr. Fisher has over 18 years of experience in engineering design, construction and forensic engineering, including projects both domestically and internationally. Van has conducted thousands of investigations on behalf of the insurance and legal community regarding residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Van led PT&C’s CAT Response efforts following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma. Van is an expert witness in cases for water intrusion, roofs, residential and commercial window systems, construction defects, contract disputes, exterior cladding, and wind versus storm surge. He was retained as the roofing expert in the recent peanut butter contamination litigation involving a manufacturing plant in Georgia.

Susan Freeman has over 13 years in the insurance industry, including having established two company content claim units. Previously, Ms. Freeman worked for one of the large independent adjustment firms in the US and is knowledgeable of policy, claims handling, and customer service requirements to settle a claim successfully and with ease. Ms. Freeman has been a corporate training instructor and a presenter at Property Loss Research Bureau conference. Currently, she is the President of Marketing Insurance Claim Association for the State of Georgia.
