Project Time & Cost, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Antonio Tavares to our Executive Management Team. Mr. Tavares brings a proven record as a senior executive, leading U.S. government initiatives for advanced technologies, as well as program management for large scale construction and one- of-a-kind facilities. He has managed some of the most challenging programmatic and technical assignments for the Department of Energy (DOE), requiring coordination and oversight of diverse systems, contracts, resources and multi-billion dollar budgets.
Prior to joining PT&C, Mr. Tavares served as the Assistant Deputy Administrator for Program Integration for Defense Program at the DOE’s National Nuclear Security Administration. Mr. Tavares was a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) for more than 15 years. With Defense Programs, Mr. Tavares oversaw the $5.5 billion Stockpile Stewardship Program, which encompassed operations associated with manufacturing, maintaining, refurbishing and dismantling the nuclear weapons stockpile.
